Automattic isn’t like that company you join and you’re already asking yourself 3 months after; what the hell was I thinking.
I have been here and I have never been more happier at working at a company that doesn’t just see me as a statistic, but actually encourage me to give my best. Wants me to contribute and treats me like a stake holder.

One of the things I love about working here is the feedback system. It’s not just about giving feedback, it’s about the way it’s given. Especially with tough feedbacks
Oh wait, did I mention that you’re given all the tools you need and all the training you can take? Nothing stops you from being your best. I am finally beginning to see the reason people stay here for long.
While, I still have a lot to learn, I am positive, that this is where I want to remain for the foreseeable future.
